Our program is designed to assist the executive client in the completion of a successful job search. The McCarthy & Company model provides the client with Executive Coaching (one on one); assistance in the development of a Life Work Plan®; and participation in our Executive Support Group. All of these components are equally important and directly linked to one another.
The Executive Coaching component will help tie together the Life Work Plan® and the search leverage gained through participation in the three Executive Network Groups. Communications skills will be polished so that interviewing and presentation skills enable the client to be focused and on-target. Consultative executive coaching (one on one) will be provided.
The Life Work Plan® will provide an opportunity to have a search plan including search strategy, tactics and a management plan for the entire search process, from assessment to resume development to interviewing to offer/negotiations. Further, a “Jump Start” strategy will enable the client to quickly engage in the job search process. This plan adds even greater importance and value for continued career management and for future transitions.
Participation in our Executive Support Group will allow the opportunity to develop a formidable personal network. The client will meet; develop a rapport; bond; and gain assistance from CEOs, Managing Directors, Corporate and Not for Profit executives, Retained Search Consultants and other participants of the support group who are committed to helping the client. The culture of our Group is “what goes around, comes around,” as well as an environment of “we, us and they,” rather than “I or me.”
